marketing to two step distribution while IMPROVING the
manufacturer/distributor relationship.

We believe two step distribution is
the best approach for many industries but it has the severe
limitation of UNSATISFACTORY sales and marketing efforts. Should you
sell direct? That is a HUGE step which almost no traditional
manufacturer has the courage to put in place, in part, because of
backlash, but mostly because of all the things your distributors do
WELL (handle product, warranty, returns, carry receivables, handle
customer call loads and much more). We think distributors are great,
but usually not at sales and marketing.
